Are You Where You Want To Be In Life?
I don’t know if you can relate to this, but I used to be one of those people who HATED asking for help.
I always had this image in my mind that I wanted to be “self-made,” and that meant taking on the world by myself.
I read success books, went to seminars, watched motivational videos…and yet I still found myself stuck on the treadmill of being unfulfilled.
I felt like I was working hard but getting nowhere. I felt like I knew all the success concepts, but I didn’t know how to implement them.
I was literally about to give up in life and just accept my mediocre reality until a good friend stepped in and recommended me to a coach.
She explained to me that nobody can achieve anything great in life alone, even if we have the knowledge in our heads.
Heck, even Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, Tom Brady…the world’s best athletes in their fields…had coaches!
At first, I was a little hesitant, but I was so sick and tired of doing the same thing and hoping for a different result (the definition of insanity), so I said: “screw it, let’s give it a try.”
And I am so happy I did because my life has never looked the same since.
Allow Me To Introduce Myself, My Name Is Gerald Leonard
Just so you know, prior to becoming a coach I was the type of person who was constantly hoping and wishing for success to fall into my lap. But, with the help of my coach I:
-Learned how to get extremely clear about what I wanted. Successful people know that having a clear vision is the first step toward accomplishing their goals.
-Developed a strategy and specific action plan of how I would achieve my version of success.
-Released all my limiting beliefs and self-doubts that had been holding me back for so many years.
-Was finally held accountable by someone. This was perhaps the biggest breakthrough I had. No longer were these success principles optional, they were a requirement because I had someone to answer to. I learned that when we have something at stake or a person to be held accountable to, our chances for success go up by over 85%.
There’s a whole lot more I would love to tell you about how coaching changed my life, but this isn’t about me, this is about you!
Wait, let me at least share my bio with you:
Gerald J. Leonard offers a unique approach to accomplishing more productivity in the workplace. As an accomplished musician, creativity, innovation and peak performance are part of his world. Gerald leverages these very principles to give your business the edge needed succeed in a highly competitive workplace. He is the author of Culture Is The Bass: 7 Principles for Developing A Culture That Works and the upcoming book, Workplace Jazz: How Emotionally Connected Teams Thrive and Sustain Results.
Here Is My Offer - It Is Irresistible!
You see, I loved coaching so much that I made it my mission in life to help people live out their best lives RIGHT NOW by being a coach myself.
“Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ) gives us insight into how our brain responds during conversations, how conversations activate our trust and distrust (networks in our brain), and how to
understand and architect conversations that create healthy, thriving relationships (teams and
organizations). Conversations either open us up or close us down. Learning about C-IQ gives us
new conversational skills and insights about the hormones, Cortisol and Oxytocin which activate
our ability in how we respond, interact, and influence others.”
So I’d like to offer you the same thing someone offered to me many years back: a 100% free coaching session.
This is an exploration session where we go over exactly what you want to get out of life and develop a plan on how to get there.
“Conversational Intelligence® (CIQ) has frameworks, rituals, and tools that elevate our levels of
trust. It even helps our ability to connect, navigate, and grow with others. C-IQ also has Catalyst
tools that reveal our level of trust and help you establish areas to improve communication
dynamics. Conversational Intelligence® has foundational tools, which help us understand how
specific patterns of engagement can have a huge impact on elevating the quality of conversations
and relationships. Everyone who practices Conversational Intelligence® will see a positive shift in
their relationships and teams. Conversational Intelligence® changes the conversational dynamics
from distrust to trust and lays a basis for healthy, cocreational conversations.
And if you are wondering about my process, this is what you can expect:
During our initial call, there are 3 key things I want to understand...
1 - What is the #1 challenge in your Conversational life?
2 - If this challenge did not exist, what would you be able to do?
3 - How badly do you want it?
Once we uncover the answers to these questions, we will dig deeper to see where the challenge is derived from.
You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. I know it can change your life the way it changed mine!
I look forward to hearing from you.
